The message of the Scapular is the same advice she gave the servants at the Cana wedding: "Do whatever he tells you".  To follow Christ in faith, hope, and charity. The Brown Scapular is a constant reminder of Our Lady's presence, her badge is a prayer without words. By wearing it we tell the Blessed Mother, "Mary , use me today. Help me to keep Jesus, your Son, at the center of my life and to bring him to others."
